1. Non-Refundable Fees

• All service fees paid to ETVisas.com are non-refundable once the application has been submitted.

• Government/embassy fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions:

• Duplicate payment made by the customer.

• Service not initiated due to technical errors on our part.

3. Non-Eligibility

Refunds will not be provided if:

• The visa is delayed, rejected, or denied by the embassy/consulate.

• Incorrect or false information was provided by the applicant.

• The applicant changes their mind after submission.

4. Refund Process

• Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days to the original payment method.

• Any transaction or bank charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
